The Visitor Economy
Bathurst Region Tourism is dedicated to growing visitation and supporting the visitor economy. The tourism partnership program is a collaborative engagement that aims to boost industry capacity and to drive collective destination marketing to the benefit of all businesses.
Community
Bathurst Region Tourism and BVIC are community resources, and provide support to local event organisers, support community groups, coordinate sister city activities and provide information and services to support visiting friends and relatives.
Information
The Bathurst Visitor Information Centre is a Tier 1 accredited VIC and an ATAP accredited business. Open 363 days a year and servicing an average 50,000 visitors per annum. BVIC also produces the annual Destination Guide and administers the tourism website and digital channels.
